Billboard's top concert grosses reported for the week ending April 12, 2003 list Elton John and Billy Joel on top again.

Their show at RBC Center in Raleigh, NC on March 16, 2003 resulted in gross sales of $1,881,195. The sold out concert was attended by 18,505 people.
