Elton John and George Michael 'make up'
Wednesday, January 12 2005 |
Feuding ex-pop pals Elton John and George Michael have reportedly settled their differences and are ready to appear together on a British TV comedy show.
The pair fell out after Elton criticised Michael for never performing live and labelled his career "disappointing" during a magazine interview.
The former WHAM! hitmaker snapped back, "Most of what Elton thinks he knows about my life is pretty much limited to the gossip he hears on what you would call the 'gay grapevine'. Elton John knows very little about George Michael, and that's a fact."
But the pair appear to have reconciled - they are both expected to make cameo appearances in a charity version of hit comedy show LITTLE BRITAIN, playing friends of gay character DAFYDD.
A source says, "We like the idea of them being friends, so it's funny to see them agreeing with each other after what each one has said."
