Elton vamps it up with another musical

Elton is bringing another musical masterpiece to New York's Broadway stage.
Elton, who scored a huge hit with AIDA, has teamed up with lyricist Bernie Taupin for a new show based on author Anne Rice's novels INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE and THE VAMPIRE LESTAT.
The upcoming musical, LESTAT, will debut in San Francisco, California, later in 2005, before premiering in New York City's Broadway district in the spring of 2006.
Elton's latest stage production BILLY ELLIOTT opens in London in 2005.
